Partial discharge tester DAC-PD-7
  • Description
  • Video

Partial discharge measurement is a nondestructive testing method with detection sensitivity higher than withstand voltage or high resistance test, and can be used to detect insulation defects and early faults of solid insulating materials. Applicable to the IEC 60270, IEC 606641, and IEC 61730- 2 standards.

Equipment composition: The equipment is integrated with the local detector, shielding box and computer, which can be configured to test PDIV and PDEV values at high temperature; the local detector is composed of 3000V high voltage power supply, coupling capacitor, detector and calibrator, which can be tested by connecting to the computer.

    Output voltage: AC 0-3000V

    1)Voltage rise rate on voltage: 10V / S, 25V / S, 50V / S, 100V / S (software control)

2)PD resolution: 0.01 pC (at AC 3000V, the equipment bureau volume is less than 1PC)

3)Waveform: sine wave (not depending on the waveform of the input power supply)

    4)Maximum load current: 10 mA

    5)Maximum capacitor load: 5000 pF

    6)Voltage accuracy: read ± (1% + 10digit)

    7)Voltage setting range: 0-3000V, 1V in 1V steps

    8)Overall dimensions and Weight : L520×W670×H580 mm,60 Kg
